Gestalt Center for Coaching (previously Eurasian Gestalt Center) has been founded by collaboration of three master coaches: Dorothy Siminovitch, PhD., MCC, who is the pioneer in the area of the Gestalt Coaching and originator of the first ICF – Accredited Gestalt Coaching Program in the world, Dost Can Deniz, MBA, MCC, first certified master coach in Turkey and South East Europe, and Gila Şeritçioğlu, MA, REAT, CSC, MCC, who has extensive experience in bringing creative methods and human development together.
Dorothy E. Siminovitch, Ph.D., MCC is an individual, team, and leadership development coach. She co-introduced and co-developed the International Gestalt Coaching Program (IGCP), the first gestalt based ICF accredited program. The Gestalt Coaching Program (GCP) is the second gestalt based coaching program, worldwide, to achieve ICF certificaton. GCP delivers training to consultants, coaches, human service providers, and business executives who wish to learn or improve their coaching skills. Dorothy is a co-owner and faculty of GCP. She delivers workshops and coaching services in the United States, Canada, Bermuda, Turkey, and Israel.
Dost Deniz, MBA, MCC is the first Master Certified Coach, as accredited by International Coach Federation in Turkey and South East Europe. He is the head coach and founder of MareFidelis Coaching and Consulting, the premier coaching company in the region, serving leaders from all walks of life. Dost has extensive experience coaching C – level, high driving executives and leaders. He specializes in coaching the top leader and his/her executive team, a high impact intervention. He has coached Managing Directors, CEOs, General Managers, SVPs, AGMs of top local and global companies. He has coached executives and delivered trainings in CIS states, Europe, North and South America, South East Asia, Europe, and Middle East. He is a co-owner and faculty of the Gestalt Coaching Program. He coaches in English and Turkish.
Gila Ancel Seritcioglu, MA., CAGS, MCC is a pyschologist, an educationalist, expressive arts therapist and a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She has established her own preschool KIDS and is the founder of Increa Creative Coaching & Consulting. Currently she works with high level executives, leaders, professionals, groups and organisations in Turkey and abroad. Besides coaching, she designs tailor made experiential trainings and workshops using creative techniques. She coaches in Turkish, English and French. She is a part–time faculty member in the Education Department of Bosphorus University. She is a co-owner and faculty of the Gestalt Coaching Program.

Zeynep Evgin Eryilmaz, MA, MCC is an ICF‐certified Master Certified Coach, a psychologist, and a coach and consultant who supports individuals, executives, teams, and organizations through coaching and group process. She works in the areas of self‐awareness, communication, conflict management, change management, and creativity. Zeynep has worked in the creative departments of major international advertising agencies as a copywriter for over 10 years. She is a visiting lecturer at Istanbul Fashion Institute (IMA), Bilgi University,
and Mimar Sinan University where she delivers Creative Process classes.

Belkis Kazmirci, MCC is an ICF Master Certified Coach, executive coach, and trainer experienced in the banking, technology, and FMCG sectors. Belkis coaches high-potential senior executives for leadership growth and improved achievement. Her coaching approach is based on behavioral change through awareness of self and the context. Before steering her career towards professional coaching in 2006, Belkis worked in the Finance and Information Technology sector for 20 years, where she led a number of large-scale and international projects. She brings her understanding of diverse cross-cultural business environments and analytical skills to her coaching work.
Cahide Akkuzu, PCC, is an ICF-MCC certified executive coach, group coach and a consultant for leadership and organizational development. Prior to that she has spent 25 years as a professional executive in various sales, marketing, strategy and senior executive management roles. She founded her Coaching & Consulting company with the passion to support leaders and organizations to achieve extraordinary results. She provides this support through designing and delivering leadership and organizational development programs, through team coaching, through executive coaching and through leadership consultancy. Cahide graduated from Boğaziçi University. She fully believes in the capacity and resourcefulness of people and is passionate about supporting organizations and individuals to reach their goals through breaking past their own limits.
Yeşim Özlale Önen, MA is a Gestalt certified coach, a clinical psychologist, and a management consultant who supports individuals, senior leaders, top teams, and organizations through change. Yeşim has extensive consulting and HR experience in local and global companies delivering projects for different industries. She currently works as a management consultant in a global company, working with senior leaders to understand their challenges and support them for higher performance through leadership. She works in the areas of executive coaching, organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent management. Yeşim has her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
