This workshop experience is designed for professionals interested in Gestalt coaching, a holistic approach informed by the Gestalt theory, concept, and method that helped pioneer self- discovery and development movements, and that continues to evolve to meet 21st century challenges at all levels of system. In this hands-on workshop, participants are introduced to and experientially engage with key concepts and practices of Gestalt coaching such as: self-awareness, the core concept of the Gestalt approach which focuses on being simultaneously attuned to what is happening both within and outside the self; the “here-and-now” existential concept of how to work in and with the present moment as the most significant and relevant intervention point for taking action for change; and interpersonal practices for resilience. Participants will learn and practice these and other core foundations of Gestalt coaching.
Participants can expect to deepen their skills in:
– Self-awareness competencies
– A here-and-now focus that supports personal presence
– Recognizing the qualities of one’s presence and its impact on others
We invite leaders, coaches, consultants, and other professionals to learn and to experience the powerful, transformational qualities that a Gestalt approach offers for both personal and professional development.
We will be working in English but have access to needed translation in Turkish
